2) The second reason could be that your profile has been suspended or you have violated one of our rules, which are designed to ensure transparency and equal conditions for all our traders. In this case, an automatic notification has been sent to your registered email address, explaining the exact reason for the suspension. Don’t worry—if you do not succeed in the Challenge, we will not lock your account. Instead, a “failed” message will appear on your personalized dashboard.
