According to our Terms and Conditions, all traders participating in our Challenge and HyperTrader Accounts must be the sole operators of their accounts. To ensure accurate data tracking and maintain the integrity of our internal systems, we discourage accessing trading accounts via VPN (Virtual Private Network) or VPS (Virtual Private Server). This precaution is standard for services that do not allow multiple users on a single account.
To clarify, using a VPN or VPS is not outright prohibited. However, if we detect any potentially malicious activity while you are connected to one of these services, it could influence our determination of whether you’ve violated our Terms and Conditions. If you choose to use a VPN or VPS, it’s crucial that you ensure your trading activity complies fully with our guidelines. This includes avoiding multiple users trading from the same account and refraining from using any EA (Expert Advisor) or automated trading systems.
Using a VPS or VPN During the KYC/AML Verification Process:
For security reasons and to protect your personal information, we require that all verification details be collected accurately and securely. Therefore, when completing the Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) processes, we ask that you do not use a VPN or VPS. Using these services during the verification process can result in your account not being funded, and any previously funded accounts may be disabled or marked as breached.
We understand that this may cause some inconvenience, but following these guidelines ensures the security and accuracy of the verification process. We ask all customers to strictly adhere to this rule while completing the KYC/AML process.
Please note that connecting to a VPN or VPS during the KYC/AML verification is strictly prohibited. If you use these services while completing the process, your account may not be funded, and any active accounts could be disabled or breached. Should this occur, we recommend reaching out to our support team for further assistance.
